Adults. Join our Saints Senior Adult Ministry's health initiative: Sittercise. These seated exercises, as directed by a DVD instructor, can offer numerous benefits, especially for seniors or individuals with mobility limitations. These exercises can improve flexibility, joint mobility, circulation, and even contribute to mental well-being by promoting a sense of community and engagement during group sessions.
